 All sales are FINAL. Due to the nature of these products we do not accept any returns or exchanges at the moment.

Once the product has been shipped, we are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Lost or stolen packages should be taken up with you local UPS location.

Raw Hair extensions are wigs are considered hygienic products, therefore we can not refund or exchange any products. Any unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to you.

Here at Mercedes Shanae Hair Co, we take matters of hygiene and public safety very seriously. 

 Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
