The hair is softttttt, smells good and feels like top quality hair. this is my 2nd wig I’ve bought, the 3rd one was a BOYB. The stitching , the actual structure of the wig 10/10!!! The customer service, communication..excellent! You get what you ordered, no hassle, no “entitled attitude” ..like others who sell hair these days.. I literally pull it out the box and put it on everytime!!! It’s comes in tight curls, I’m on like week 2/3 of wearing Bella and the curls are falling so perfectly. Everyone is complimenting my hair. I catch people trying to find the lace… because ITS NOT THERE. you can’t see it!!!!! I will forever be a returning customer and will tell anyone who’s asking to go to her! I don’t do sow-ins no more. I rotate 3 wigs and get box braids! This hair is worth every penny.

i am so in love with this unit. I purchased it for my upcoming wedding and it is everything, I could not have asked for anything better. It's full, and curls were still in tact upon delivery!
